Meet the Team

Jeff began his banking career in 1982 at National Bank and Trust in Wilmington. From there, he decided to further his career at the First National Bank of Pandora and Fifth Third Bank in Hillsboro. In 1993, he became President and CEO of Southern Hills Community Bank. His current position is CEO of Southern Hills Community Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Wilmington College and an MBA from Ashland University. He also studied Accounting at Wright State University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association's Commercial Lending School. He currently serves as a Director on the Southern Hills Community Bank Board, Highland County District Library Board and Past Member of the Ohio Bankers League Board. In addition, he serves on the Fairfield Local School District Agricultural Advisory Committee, Fairfield Local School District Finance Committee and is a member of the Leesburg Lions Club. He is a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ and commits his time to attending a variety of community events to support youth programs and multiple organizations. He was also a recipient of the Honorary State of Ohio FFA Degree in 2017.

Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University Columbus and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. Lindsay currently serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as a Director. She has supported and served in various roles throughout SHCB for over 21 years. Lindsay oversees various areas within the bank and enjoys leading, mentoring, developing and building relationships with all employees. She is also the Chair of the Future Leaders and the Employee Engagement programs within SHCB. In addition to her banking role, she currently serves as Board Member of the Ohio Bankers Benefit Trust, Board Member of the Ohio 4-H Foundation Board, Board Member of the Society of Bank Executives, Member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Member Advisory Panel, Committee Member for the Highland County Community Fund and Board Member to the Highland County Revolving Loan Fund. Lindsay has also served in past roles as Member of the Ohio Bankers League Next Generation Advisory Board and Treasurer and Chairman to the Highland County Chamber Board of Directors. She was a recipient of the 2024 Ohio Bankers League Next Generation Leadership Award. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, being outdoors, running, geocaching, gardening or reading. She is also a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ and teaches Junior Church. She also enjoys traveling and hopes to one day reach her goal of visiting all 50 states.

Ryan began his banking career in 1998 and joined SHCB in 2015. He has served in various capacities throughout his banking career including CSR, Consumer Loan Collector, Branch Service Manager, Branch Manager, Small Business Banker and now Senior Vice President, Lending. Ryan has an Associate degree from Southern State Community College, a Bachelor degree from Wilmington College and a Master degree from Xavier. In addition to his banking career, Ryan also serves as an Affiliate Member for the Clinton County Board of Realtors and he is a member and past President of the Wilmington Lions Club. In past years, he has also been involved with East Clinton School's Family and Career Services Advisory, the Sabina Area Business Association, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of Clinton County. Ryan enjoys being a DJ on the weekends, golfing, the Cleveland Browns, the Oklahoma Sooners, the Golden Knights and spending time with his wife Carly and three wild boys, Bentley, Hudson and Sawyer.

Betsy was born in Maysville, Kentucky and grew up in Aberdeen, Ohio. After graduating from Manchester High School she received an Associate degree from Maysville Community College. Betsy began her Banking career in October of 1984 as a teller at Ripley Federal Savings and Loan in Ripley, Ohio. She held several positions at Ripley Federal over the years. At the time of the merger with Southern Hills Community Bank she was serving as Secretary/COO. Since the merger she has assumed the role of VP of Human Recourses. Betsy’s spare time is devoted to her husband Terry and their two children. They live on a farm outside of Mayslick, Kentucky where they enjoy the farm and raising sheep, cattle and chickens. She is active in her church and their outreach activities.

Monica has been in the banking industry since 1995 and joined Southern Hills Community Bank in 2002. Her responsibilities include managing the Loan Operations team, helping with loan processing, documents, and servicing of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans, and ensuring a steady department workflow to provide the best customer experience. Monica is a member of the Future Leaders group at Southern Hills Community Bank. She also volunteers her time at schools and community events whenever she can. She is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Monica holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration with a Minor in Communications from Ohio University. Her and her husband are proud parents and grandparents. Monica loves to watch Hallmark movies, read, travel, and make memories with loved ones in her free time.

Beth currently serves as Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager. With a banking career that began over twenty years ago, Beth has held the positions of Head Teller, Operations Assistant and Branch Manager. In 2017 Beth was promoted to AVP, Branch Administration. After fulfilling that role she transitioned to her current position, which she enjoys very much. Beth feels that the opportunities she received while working in multiple areas of the bank, including lending, has made her a well-rounded employee. Beth is a member of multiple internal bank committees and also serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. In her free time, Beth and her husband enjoy taking trips to ride their ATV and more importantly, spending time with their granddaughter.

Stacie Rolfe is a Vice President, the Information Security Officer, the Information Technology Manager and the Security Officer for Southern Hills Community Bank. Stacie has been working in the banking industry since 1998. Hired in 2013 at Southern Hills, she previously held a variety of positions from Customer Service representative, Deposit Operations Clerk, Information Technology Specialist to her current role. Stacie oversees the information security program for the bank. It is her responsibility to effectively communicate and interact with all bank employees and its outside IT vendors to ensure that the bank’s IT operations and security are strong. She serves as the Bank’s Information Technology Manager where she is responsible for the day-to-day technical support for the bank. She serves as the Bank’s Security Officer, overseeing the physical security of all branches. She is also responsible for the overall security and monitoring of each branch as well as training all employees on security awareness. She is chairman of the IT Committee, a member of the Incident Response Team, and a member of the Future Leaders Team. In her spare time, Stacie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs on their farm, she takes an active role in supporting her family’s thriving rental business, traveling and relaxing with family and friends.

Laura has been employed with SHCB for nearly 10 years and has had various roles within the bank. She currently serves as Vice President, Branch Administrator and Customer Service Manager. She travels between offices to build strong relationships with all employees. Laura earned her Bachelors’ degree in World Economy and Business, with a Minor in Romanian, at The Ohio State University. In addition to her banking role, Laura is a part of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce Golf Committee, the SHCB Future Leaders program, and is involved in community activities throughout Highland, Brown and Adams counties. In her spare time, Laura adores spending time with her husband, children, and the rest of her family. She also enjoys hosting get-togethers with family and friends, cooking, and traveling.

Jenn has been in customer service for over 22 years and with Southern Hills Community bank for 4 years. She is currently serving as the BSA and Compliance Officer as she continues her career path in banking. Jenn was born and raised in Ripley, Ohio where she also graduated High School. She attended the University of Cincinnati for her undergraduate studies. She enjoys her banking career with Southern Hills and the journey she is on, continuing to grow individually and with the bank as a whole. During Jenn’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, as well as being outdoors doing anything in the sunshine. Her favorite day is Sunday, where you will find her with her family and during the season, watching football, Who-Dey!

Charlene started her career in banking in 1993 and has been with SHCB since 2016. She started as a CSR, became Branch Manager, and now has been in her role of Training and Development Manager since 2019 in which she helped create the training program. She is committed to being helpful and informative to all SHCB employees so they are more confident when serving customers. Charlene is a lifelong resident of Greenfield and graduated from McClain High School in 1987. She and her husband Ron have been married since 1988 and have two daughters and one son-in-law, Chelsey (Brandon) and Emily. She also has two grandchildren, Addison & Creed. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and attending games such as the Cincinnati Reds and Chillicothe Paints. She also loves to visit the Smoky Mountains for vacations.

Cara began her career in banking in 2016 and has been with Southern Hills Community Bank since 2018. Within Southern Hills, she has worked at several branch locations, including Greenfield, Lynchburg, Hillsboro and Leesburg. Cara’s current position as Deposit Operations at the Leesburg location, allows her to utilize her strengths as a detailed thinker and her bank experience to promote efficient and productive customer relationships, as well as effective operations procedures. When she is not working, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, or spending time with their three dogs and cats. Cara and her husband have also started the hands-on process of updating their 1840’s farm house.

Sarah is a lifelong resident of Brown County. She graduated with honors from Eastern High School and has two Associate Degrees from Southern State Community College. Sarah has been a part of Southern Hills Community Bank since November of 2010. Sarah started as a part time teller and was quickly promoted into the accounting department, currently Accounting Operations. When Sarah is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening, walking, puzzles and reading. Sarah is a member of the Sardinia Hope Church, where she serves as the Sardinia Women of Hope’s treasurer.

Linda has worked in many different capacities within the bank; including customer service, office manager and loan processor. She has worked her way up to her current position as a Loan Officer for both the Ripley and Georgetown branches. In 1989, Linda started her banking career with Ripley Federal Savings Bank. When Ripley Federal Savings Bank merged with Southern Hills Community Bank in 2017, both banks became stronger and more accessible to the community. Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and family and watching her grandchildren in various sporting events such as soccer, cross country, football and basketball. She also enjoys being active in her church.

Jessica has 3 years of banking experience and has been with SHCB as of the summer of 2022. She currently serves as a Loan Underwriter in the Leesburg office. Jessica graduated from East Clinton High School. She went on to earn her Associate degree in Business Management from Southern State Community College. In her spare time she loves to read, organize, and spend time with her husband and her twin children.

Kelly has been with Southern Hills Community Bank since 1997. She has served in many positions within the bank, where she currently serves as a Commercial and Consumer Loan Processor. Kelly graduated from Greenfield McClain High School in 1993. She and her husband Jason started their own Truck and Auto Repair Business in the area and it has been operating since 2009. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, two amazing children, family and friends. Family is very important to her, without family and friends, she would not be the person she is today. Her hobbies include painting pottery and canvas, going to Flea markets and looking for the next old thing she can decorate with. Kelly collects old wooden boxes, mostly ones with history to them. A dream of hers is to be a voiceover on a Disney or Pixar cartoon.

Margaret joined Southern Hills Community Bank in April 2016 in the Loan Operations Department. Margaret has 38 years of banking experience where she has served in different roles of banking from Teller, Customer Service Manager, Banking Center Manager and now in Loan Operations. Margaret holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science with the University of Kentucky. Margaret also attended Kentucky Bankers Association School of Banking at the University of Louisville for 2 years and received her certificate. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Son and family, enjoys walking, working out at the gym in several women groups with bootcamp, strength beyond weights and cardio classes. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends annually at girls’ weekend.

Margie has been in banking for 19 years coming to us after 30 years working as a legal secretary. She is currently acting as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Courier and considers herself very fortunate to be working on a part-time basis. A former member of The Maysville Players and a local singing group, she enjoys performing as well as attending Broadway shows at the Aronoff, reading or doing crossword puzzles, watching Bengals games, grandkids' sport activities and attending women’s basketball games at Rio Grande University. Being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother is high on her list of ways to spend spare time.

Amiee is a lifelong resident of Brown County where she has worked in the customer service and banking industry since 1998. She began working at Southern Hills Community Bank in October of 2011 and is currently serving as the Branch Manager for the Georgetown office. Amiee enjoys working for SHCB because of the dedication to their communities and customer service. Amiee is a board member of the Kiwanas Club of the Southern Region, the Secretary for the Brown County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Brown County Health and Wellness Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, karaoke, listening to music, playing the piano, cooking, sunshine, being outdoors and participating in community events. Anytime she gets to spend time with her family is the most enjoyable to her.

Heather Burba is the Management Trainee at our Hillsboro branch. She previously worked as a CSR in the Greenfield Branch in 2021 before leaving for a year and then coming back in May 2023 to the Hillsboro Branch. Heather has lived in Hillsboro all her life and has been involved in 4-H, FFA and Jr. Fairboard while serving as an officer for all organizations. She has also received her State and American FFA Degrees. In Heather’s free time she breeds and raises Boer goats to try to help the younger generation in the livestock industry. She also loves spending time with family, friends, and watching her little brother pull at truck pulls.

Brenda’s career within the banking industry started in 1990 and has been with Southern Hills Community Bank since 2023. In addition to her years of experience, Brenda is an Ohio Notary and holds a NMLS License for the state of Ohio. She is an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. When offered the opportunity to serve our community as Branch Manager for the Lynchburg office, Brenda was beyond excited. Helping the community and first time homebuyers to make their dreams come true has been a love of hers. This new opportunity has allowed her to learn more and she can’t wait to see how she continues to grow with Southern Hills Community Bank. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, doing Ancestry research, couponing, bowling, and being out on the boat.

Breann started her banking career in 2016. She has been in many different roles such as Teller, Head Teller, Loan Officer, and Branch Manager. She joined Southern Hills Community Bank in April 2026. Breann has lived in Fayette County all her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and especially her kids. Her two oldest sons are involved in sports and 4H, which she enjoys supporting them in! Breann also has a baby girl, Lainey, as well as two step daughters and a step son that brings her so much joy!  She looks forward to building a strong relationship with the Greenfield community! 

Amy began her career in banking in 2004 and started with Southern Hills Community Bank in November of 2021, where she currently serves as the Branch Manager of the West Union office. Amy has lived in Adams County for her entire life and graduated from West Union High School in 2000, along with attending the Career Center for the last two years of High School. She is a board member of the Adams County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the 22/23 Leadership Adams Program. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, while watching them in their sport activities and going on family vacations.

John has been in banking since 2021 and began at Southern Hills Community bank in 2023, where he currently serves as Branch Manager in the Ripley office. John has lived in Scioto County for most of his life and graduated from Northwest High in 2004. He then moved to Adams County to pursue his business career, where he met his wife, Ashley in 2012. John is also a notary for the state of Ohio. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also helps coach one of his daughters in softball and loves going on family vacations.

Lizz began her banking career in 2017 and has been with Southern Hills since the beginning of 2023 where she serves as a CSR in our Leesburg office. Lizz has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wilmington College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son going hiking, kayaking and gardening. She also loves reading and going on new adventures with her family.

Jenny has been with Southern Hills Community Bank since August of 2024. She was a certified pharmacy technician for over 6 years prior to joining our team. She currently is a CSR in our Hillsboro office. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys watching movies and reading books on her kindle.

Jaylie joined Southern Hills Community Bank in September 2025 and is a CSR in Leesburg. She graduated from Fairfield Local High School and is pursuing her Associate’s degree at Southern State Community College. She also holds a cosmetology license and specializes in wedding makeup. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Jaylie is excited to grow in her role and see where her new banking career takes her.

Linda has been with SHCB since June of 2022. She currently serves as a CSR in our Lynchburg branch. Linda is a graduate of the Clermont Northeastern H. S. She currently resides in Highland County with her husband Kenny. They have 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy traveling and singing at various church functions such as family camps in the summer. Linda is very excited to be a part of SHCB and is look forward to her coming years of service.

Kaitlyn joined the Southern Hills Community Bank team in May of 2025 as a Customer Service Representative in the Hillsboro branch. She graduated from Edward Lee McClain High School in 2024 where she was a tri-sport athlete and a four-year member of the Tigerettes. In Kaitlyn's free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Ethan, and taking care of her animals on their mini farm.

Joanna is a 2006 graduate of Maysville Community and Technical College with an Associate degree in Office Systems Technology. She did her internship with Ripley Federal Savings Bank and accepted a job as a CSR. She was with Ripley Federal for 12 years until in 2017, Ripley Federal merged with Southern Hills Community Bank. Joanna brings 16 years of banking experience. She currently serves as a CSR for the Ripley office. Joanna takes pride in helping her customers with their banking needs and attending community events. She enjoys reading and crafting.

Brandy comes from a manufacturing background and is very excited to have joined the banking world. She has been with SHCB since June of 2024. She currently serves as a CSR in our Ripley office. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband, their children and her fur babies. She also loves to craft, garden, dance and loves to get together with friends and family. She also loves watching sports.

Fran retired from the Highland County Health Department in January 2015. After enjoying retirement for a few years, Fran decided she needed something else to keep her busy. So in May 2022, she was hired at Southern Hills Community Bank as a Customer Service Representative. Fran enjoys spending the evenings with Chris, her boyfriend, and with family and friends on weekends.

In 2000, Debbie began her banking career with Ripley Federal Savings Bank, who then merged with Southern Hills Community Bank. She served in Loan Operations at SHCB for many years before she returned to being a CSR for Georgetown and Ripley. She is a graduate of Georgetown High School and Southern State Community College. In her spare time, Debbie likes spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. They enjoy camping, kayaking, and watching her grandson play sports. She is also a faithful member of the Bethlehem Church of Christ.

Jessi works as a CSR at the West Union Branch. She started at Southern Hills Community Bank in January of 2024. She has lived in Adams County her entire life and graduated from West Union High School in 2004 along with attending the Career Center her last two years of High School in the Administrative Office Technology program. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children and their many animals. She enjoys watching her children in their various sports activities, going to concerts, traveling, cheering on her favorite football team Cincinnati Bengals and keeping up with her favorite true crime documentaries.

Breanna Little works as a CSR for the Peebles Branch. Breanna has been in banking since May of 2021. She has lived in Highland County her whole life, graduating from Hillsboro High school, as well as being involved in FFA and 4-H for over 10 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and dogs, enjoying the outdoors, camping, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and truck pulls. She also enjoys Halloween and going to haunted houses with her friends.

Stephanie has been a part of the banking community since 2021 and joined the SHCB team in early 2024 as a CSR in our Peebles office. She is from Seaman, OH and graduated from North Adams High School. She also went to the Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center for nursing. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending her time with her two boys and her husband. She loves watching her children play sports and enjoys volunteering for school and bank functions. When she has free time, you will find her reading or singing.

Matt currently serves as a CSR in the Hillsboro Office. He has been in multiple banking roles since July of 2000. His banking career has included mortgage collections, mortgage processing, mortgage auditing, sales and service manager and transitioned into an Assistant Branch Manager in 2018. In addition to his current banking role, he serves as a member of the Highland County Board of DD. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and being a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ Worship Team.
