Jeff began his banking career in 1982 at National Bank and Trust in Wilmington. From there, he decided to further his career at the First National Bank of Pandora and Fifth Third Bank in Hillsboro. In 1993, he became President and CEO of Southern Hills Community Bank. His current position is CEO of Southern Hills Community Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Wilmington College and an MBA from Ashland University. He also studied Accounting at Wright State University. He currently serves as a Director on the Southern Hills Community Bank Board, Highland County District Library Board and the Ohio Bankers League Board. In addition, he serves on the Fairfield Local School District Agricultural Advisory Committee, Fairfield Local School District Finance Committee and is a member of the Leesburg Lions Club. He is a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ and commits his time to attending a variety of community events to support youth programs and multiple organizations. He was also a recipient of the Honorary State of Ohio FFA Degree in 2017. |

Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University Columbus and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. Lindsay currently serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as a Director. She has supported and served in various roles throughout SHCB for over 20 years. Lindsay oversees various areas within the bank and enjoys leading, mentoring, developing and building relationships with all employees. She is also the Chair of the Future Leaders and the Employee Engagement programs within SHCB. In addition to her banking role, she currently serves as Past Chair to the Highland County Chamber Board of Directors, Chair to the Ohio Bankers League Next Generation Advisory Board, Board Member to the Society of Bank Executives and Committee Member for the Highland County Community Fund. She is also a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, being outdoors, running, geocaching, gardening or reading. She also enjoys traveling and hopes to one day reach her goal of visiting all 50 states. |

Tim originates Real Estate, Commercial and Consumer loans for SHCB. Tim has nearly 40 years of banking experience with over 25 years in executive management. Tim has been a regional SR. Vice president overseeing multiple locations and a significant number of employees to go along with all types of lending, collections and retail. Tim graduated from Hondros Business College in Real Estate and holds a BA Business Management from C. Southern University. He also attended Southern State Community College, American Institute Of Banking, Robert Morris Commercial Lending School, and the Fannie Mae certification school. Tim also completed the Executives in Community Banking program in Phoenix Arizona. Tim graduated High School at Fairfield Local in Leesburg, Ohio. Tim is a lifelong resident of Highland County and resides in Hillsboro. Tim is married to Sonja Priest, has a son Tyler Priest and granddaughters, Kirra and Halen. Ryan has an Associate degree from Southern State Community College, a Bachelor degree from Wilmington College and a Master degree from Xavier. In addition to his banking career, Ryan also serves as an Affiliate Member for the Clinton County Board of Realtors and he is a member and past President of the Wilmington Lions Club. In past years, he has also been involved with East Clinton School's Family and Career Services Advisory, the Sabina Area Business Association, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of Clinton County. Ryan enjoys being a DJ on the weekends, golfing, the Cleveland Browns, the Oklahoma Sooners, the Golden Knights and spending time with his wife Carly and three wild boys, Bentley, Hudson and Sawyer. |

Betsy was born in Maysville, Kentucky and grew up in Aberdeen, Ohio. After graduating from Manchester High School she received an Associate degree from Maysville Community College. Betsy began her Banking career in October of 1984 as a teller at Ripley Federal Savings and Loan in Ripley, Ohio. She held several positions at Ripley Federal over the years. At the time of the merger with Southern Hills Community Bank she was serving as Secretary/COO. Since the merger she has assumed the role of VP of Human Recourses. Betsy’s spare time is devoted to her husband Terry and their two children. They live on a farm outside of Mayslick, Kentucky where they enjoy the farm and raising sheep, cattle and chickens. She is active in her church and their outreach activities. |

Her responsibilities include managing the Loan Operations team, helping with loan processing, documents, and servicing of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans, and ensuring a steady department workflow to provide the best customer experience. Monica is a member of the Future Leaders group at Southern Hills Community Bank. She also volunteers her time at schools and community events whenever she can. She is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Monica holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration with a Minor in Communications from Ohio University. Her and her husband of 26 years are proud parents to four children. Monica loves to watch Hallmark movies, read, travel, and make memories with loved ones in her free time.

With a banking career that began over twenty years ago, Beth has held the positions of Head Teller, Operations Assistant and Branch Manager. In 2017 Beth was promoted to AVP, Branch Administration. After fulfilling that role she transitioned to her current position, which she enjoys very much. Beth feels that the opportunities she received while working in multiple areas of the bank, including lending, has made her a well-rounded employee.
Beth is a member of multiple internal bank committees and also serves as the Secretary for the Board of Directors.
In her free time, Beth and her husband enjoy taking trips to ride their ATV and more importantly, spending time with their granddaughter. |

Stacie Rolfe is a Vice President, the Information Security Officer, the Information Technology Manager and the Security Officer for Southern Hills Community Bank. Stacie has been working in the banking industry since 1998. Hired in 2013 at Southern Hills, she previously held a variety of positions from Customer Service representative, Deposit Operations Clerk, Information Technology Specialist to her current role.
Stacie oversees the information security program for the bank. It is her responsibility to effectively communicate and interact with all bank employees and its outside IT vendors to ensure that the bank’s IT operations and security are strong. She serves as the Bank’s Information Technology Manager where she is responsible for the day-to-day technical support for the bank. She serves as the Bank’s Security Officer, overseeing the physical security of all branches. She is also responsible for the overall security and monitoring of each branch as well as training all employees on security awareness. She is chairman of the IT Committee, a member of the Incident Response Team, and a member of the Future Leaders Team.
In her spare time, Stacie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs on their farm, she takes an active role in supporting her family’s thriving rental business, traveling and relaxing with family and friends. |

Kelly and her husband Jason started their own Truck and Auto Repair Business in the area and it has been operating for over 17 years. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, two amazing children, family and friends. Family is very important to her, without family and friends, she would not be the person she is today. Her hobbies include painting pottery and canvas, going to Flea markets and looking for the next old thing she can decorate with. Kelly collects old wooden boxes, mostly ones with history to them. Breanna Little works as a CSR for the Peebles Branch. Breanna has been in banking since May of 2021. She has lived in Highland County her whole life, graduating from Hillsboro High school, as well as being involved in FFA and 4-H for over 10 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and dogs, enjoying the outdoors, camping, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and truck pulls. She also enjoys Halloween and going to haunted houses with her friends. |

Stephanie has been a part of the banking community since 2021 and joined the SHCB team in early 2024 as a CSR in our Peebles office. She is from Seaman, OH and graduated from North Adams High School. She also went to the Ohio Valley Career and Technical Center for nursing. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending her time with her two boys and her husband. She loves watching her children play sports and enjoys volunteering for school and bank functions. When she has free time, you will find her reading or singing. |

Jessi works as a CSR at the West Union Branch. She started at Southern Hills Community Bank in January of 2024. She has lived in Adams County her entire life and graduated from West Union High School in 2004 along with attending the Career Center her last two years of High School in the Administrative Office Technology program.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children and their many animals. She enjoys watching her children in their various sports activities, going to concerts, traveling, cheering on her favorite football team Cincinnati Bengals and keeping up with her favorite true crime documentaries. |
