Meet Our Executive Officer Team

Jeffrey D. Cloud

President and Chief Executive Officer


Jeff began his banking career in 1982 at National Bank and Trust in Wilmington.  From there, he decided to further his career at the First National Bank of Pandora and Fifth Third Bank in Hillsboro.  In 1993, he became President and CEO of Southern Hills Community Bank.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Wilmington College and an MBA from Ashland University.  He also studied Accounting at Wright State University.

He currently serves as a Director on the Southern Hills Community Bank Board, Highland County District Library Board and the Ohio Bankers League Board.  In addition, he serves on the Fairfield Local School District Agricultural Advisory Committee, Fairfield Local School District Finance Committee and is a member of the Leesburg Lions Club.

He is a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ and commits his time to attending a variety of community events to support youth programs and multiple organizations.  He was also a recipient of the Honorary State of Ohio FFA Degree in 2017.


Lindsay M. Cloud, CPA

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer


Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University Columbus and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. 

Lindsay currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer as well as Secretary to the Board of Directors, Marketing Director and Information Security Officer.  She has supported and served in various roles throughout SHCB for over 19 years.  Lindsay oversees various areas within the bank and enjoys leading, mentoring, developing and building relationships with all employees.  She is also the Chair of the Future Leaders and the Employee Engagement programs within SHCB.

In addition to her banking role, she currently serves as Past Chair to the Highland County Chamber Board of Directors, Chair to the Ohio Bankers League Next Generation Advisory Board, Board Member to the Society of Bank Executives and Committee Member for the Highland County Community Fund.  She is also a member of the Greenfield Church of Christ.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, being outdoors, running, geocaching, gardening or reading.  She also enjoys traveling and hopes to one day reach her goal of visiting all 50 states.





Timothy L. Priest

Senior Vice President, Lending


Tim oversees and manages the Lending Division as well as originating Real Estate, Commercial and Consumer loans for SHCB. Tim has nearly 40 years of banking experience with over 25 years in executive management. Tim has been a regional SR. Vice president overseeing multiple locations and a significant number of employees to go along with all types of lending, collections and retail.

Tim graduated from Hondros Business College in Real Estate and holds a BA Business Management from C. Southern University. He also attended Southern State Community College, American Institute Of Banking, Robert Morris Commercial Lending School, and the Fannie Mae certification school.  Tim also completed the Executives in Community Banking program in Phoenix Arizona. Tim graduated High School at Fairfield Local in Leesburg, Ohio.

Tim is a lifelong resident of Highland County and resides in Hillsboro.  Tim is married to Sonja Priest, has a son Tyler Priest and granddaughters, Kirra and Halen.

Tim enjoys weight lifting, playing guitar and keyboards in the group Blue Steel.



Meet Our Officer Team


D. Ryan Page

Vice President, Commercial Lending


Ryan began his banking career in 1998 and joined SHCB in 2015.  He has served in various capacities throughout his banking career including CSR, Consumer Loan Collector, Branch Service Manager, Branch Manager, Small Business Banker and now Vice President, Commercial Lending.

Ryan has an Associate degree from Southern State Community College, a Bachelor degree from Wilmington College and a Master degree from Xavier.

In addition to his banking career, Ryan also serves as an Affiliate Member for the Clinton County Board of Realtors and he is a member and past President of the Wilmington Lions Club.  In past years, he has also been involved with East Clinton School's Family and Career Services Advisory, the Sabina Area Business Association, the American Cancer Society and the United Way of Clinton County.

Ryan enjoys being a DJ on the weekends, golfing, the Cleveland Browns, the Oklahoma Sooners, the Golden Knights and spending time with his wife Carly and three wild boys, Bentley, Hudson and Sawyer.


Betsy L. Pasley

Vice President, Human Resources


Betsy was born in Maysville, Kentucky and grew up in Aberdeen, Ohio. After graduating from Manchester High School she received an Associate degree from Maysville Community College. 

Betsy began her Banking career in October of 1984 as a teller at Ripley Federal Savings and Loan in Ripley, Ohio. She held several positions at Ripley Federal over the years.  At the time of the merger with Southern Hills Community Bank she was serving as Secretary/COO.  Since the merger she has assumed the role of VP of Human Recourses.

Betsy’s spare time is devoted to her husband Terry and their two children.  They live on a farm outside of Mayslick, Kentucky where they enjoy the farm and raising sheep, cattle and chickens.  She is active in her church and their outreach activities.


Monica M. Smith

Vice President, Loan Operations Manager


Monica joined Southern Hills Community Bank in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in Loan Operations. Her responsibilities include managing the Loan Operations team, helping with loan processing, documents, and servicing of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans, and ensuring a steady department workflow to provide the best customer experience.

Monica is a member of the Future Leaders group at Southern Hills Community Bank. She also volunteers her time at schools and community events whenever she can. She is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Monica holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration with a Minor in Communications from Ohio University. Her and her husband of 26 years are proud parents to four children. Monica loves to watch Hallmark movies, read, travel, and make memories with loved ones in her free time.



Beth Staggs

Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager


Beth’s career in banking began over twenty years ago.  Her current position with Southern Hills Community Bank is Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager.  After starting as a Teller in 1999, she has also held the positions of Head Teller, Operations Assistant and Branch Manager of the Georgetown location.   In 2017 Beth was promoted to AVP, Branch Administration.  After fulfilling that role, she transitioned to her current position, which she enjoys very much.  Beth feels that the opportunities she received while working in multiple areas of the bank, including lending, has made her a well-rounded employee. 

Beth is married and has adult children.  In her free time, she and her husband enjoy taking trips to ride their ATV and more importantly, spending time with their granddaughter.   


Laura Musselman

Assistant Vice President, Branch Administrator, Customer Service Manager


Laura has been employed with SHCB for over 6 years and has had various roles within the bank. She currently serves as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Administrator and Customer Service Manager. She travels between offices to build strong relationships with all employees.

Laura earned her Bachelors’ degree in World Economy and Business, with a Minor in Romanian, at The Ohio State University.

In addition to her banking role, Laura is a part of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce Golf Committee, the SHCB Future Leaders program, and is involved in community activities throughout Highland, Brown and Adams counties.

In her spare time, Laura adores spending time with her husband, children, and the rest of her family. She also enjoys hosting get-togethers with family and friends, cooking, and traveling. 


Stacie Rolfe

Assistant Vice President, IT Manager


Stacie is Assistant Vice President, Information Technology Manager and Security Officer for Southern Hills Community Bank.  Stacie has been working in the banking industry since 1998.  Hired in 2013 at Southern Hills, she previously held a variety of positions from Customer Service Representative, Deposit Operations and Operations/Information Technology Specialist. 

Stacie is responsible for the day-to-day technical support of Southern Hills, its employees and customers.  She is also responsible for the overall security and monitoring of each branch as well as training all employees on security awareness. She is the Chairman of the IT Committee, a member of the Incident Response Team, and a member of the Future Leaders group.



Meet Our Operations Team


Charlene Sterling

Training & Development Manager


Charlene started her career in banking in 1993 and has been with SHCB since 2016. She started as a CSR, became Branch Manager, and now has been in her role of Training and Development Manager since 2019 in which she helped create the training program. She is committed to being helpful and informative to all SHCB employees so they are more confident when serving customers.

Charlene is a lifelong resident of Greenfield and graduated from McClain High School in 1987. She and her husband Ron have been married since 1988 and have two daughters and one son-in-law, Chelsey (Brandon) and Emily. She also has two grandchildren, Addison & Creed.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading and attending games such as the Cincinnati Reds and Chillicothe Paints. She also loves to visit the Smoky Mountains for vacations.


Cara-Lyn Rohrback

Deposit Operations


Cara has been serving in banking for 7 years. She began her career in 2016 working as a Teller.

Within Southern Hills Community Bank, she has worked at several branch locations, including Greenfield, Lynchburg, Hillsboro and Leesburg. Cara’s current position as Deposit Operations at the Leesburg location, allows her to utilize her strengths as a detailed thinker and her bank experience to promote efficient and productive customer relationships, as well as effective operations procedures.

When she is not working, Cara enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, or spending time with their two dogs and cats. Cara and her husband have also started the hands-on process of updating their 1840’s farm house.


Jenn Moore

BSA & Compliance Officer


Jenn has been in customer service for over 22 years and with Southern Hills Community bank for 4 years.  She is currently serving as the BSA and Compliance Officer as she continues her career path in banking.

Jenn was born and raised in Ripley, Ohio where she also graduated High School. She attended the University of Cincinnati for her undergraduate studies.  She enjoys her banking career with Southern Hills and the journey she is on, continuing to grow individually and with the bank as a whole.

During Jenn’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, as well as being outdoors doing anything in the sunshine.  Her favorite day is Sunday, where you will find her with her family and during the season, watching football, Who-Dey!


Sarah Hardyman

Accounting Operations


Sarah is a lifelong resident of Brown County.  She graduated with honors from Eastern High School and has two Associate Degrees from Southern State Community College. Sarah has been a part of Southern Hills Community Bank for more than 13 years.  Sarah started as a part time teller and was quickly promoted into the accounting department, currently Accounting Operations.

When Sarah is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.  She also enjoys gardening, walking, puzzles and reading. Sarah is a member of the Sardinia Hope Church, where she serves as the Sardinia Women of Hope’s treasurer. 


Linda Beckelhimer

Loan Officer


Linda has worked in many different capacities within the bank; including customer service, office manager and loan processor. She has worked her way up to her current position as a Loan Officer for both the Ripley and Georgetown branches. In 1989, Linda started her banking career with Ripley Federal Savings Bank. When Ripley Federal Savings Bank merged with Southern Hills Community Bank in 2017, both banks became stronger and more accessible to the community.

Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and family and watching her grandchildren in various sporting events such as soccer, cross country, football and basketball. She also enjoys being active in her church.


Charlene Huffer

Assistant Loan Operations Manager


Charlene has 24 years of banking experience with over 15 years of efforts to help make SHCB a successful bank.  She has served in a variety of roles with SHCB from over-the-counter customer service to loan originating, processing and servicing.  Charlene is currently the Assistant Loan Operations Manager.

She has learned banking from on the job training and has attended Southern State Community College.

She also enjoys being active in Highland County and is currently a board member for Grow! Highland County along with being active in community and school events.

Charlene enjoys spending time with her husband and family.  She also enjoys reading and spending time on the beach in Florida.


Kelly Robinett

Loan Processor


Kelly is a Commercial and Consumer Loan Processor, she has been with Southern Hills Community Bank for 26 years. She started with the Bank in 1997 when it was formally, Leesburg Federal Savings Bank.  She has served in many positions within the bank. 

Kelly graduated from Greenfield McClain High School in 1993.  Kelly and her husband Jason started their own Truck and Auto Repair Business in the area and it has been operating for over 17 years. 

Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, two amazing children, family and friends.  Family is very important to her, without family and friends, she would not be the person she is today. Her hobbies include painting pottery and canvas, going to Flea markets and looking for the next old thing she can decorate with.  Kelly collects old wooden boxes, mostly ones with history to them.  A dream of hers is to be a voiceover on a Disney or Pixar cartoon. 


Margaret Taylor 

Loan Processor


Margaret joined Southern Hills Community Bank in April 2016 in the Loan Operations Department. Margaret has 38 years of banking experience where she has served in different roles of banking from Teller, Customer Service Manager, Banking Center Manager and now in Loan Operations.

Margaret holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science with the University of Kentucky.  Margaret also attended Kentucky Bankers Association School of Banking at the University of Louisville for 2 years and received her certificate.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her Son and family, enjoys walking, working out at the gym in several women groups with bootcamp, strength beyond weights and cardio classes. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends annually at girls’ weekend.


Deena Jones

Margie Sims

Part-Time Administrative Assistant


Margie has been in banking for 19 years coming to us after 30 years working as a legal secretary.  She is currently acting as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Courier and considers herself very fortunate to be working on a part-time basis.

A former member of The Maysville Players and a local singing group, she enjoys performing as well as attending Broadway shows at the Aronoff, reading or doing crossword puzzles, watching Bengals games, grandkids' sport activities and attending women’s basketball games at Rio Grande University.

Being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother is high on her list of ways to spend spare time.


Lauren Smith

Executive Assistant


Lauren has been an employee of Southern Hills Community Bank since June of 2022. She started out as a Customer Service Representative and is now serving as an Executive Assistant.

Lauren was born and raised in Highland County and graduated from McClain High School with honors. She participated in many activities there such as NHS, student council, choir, and more.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys listening to music, spending time with her cats and husband, and playing games on her PC.



Meet Our Branch Managers


Jessica Hupp

Branch Manager, Leesburg



Jessica has 3 years of banking experience and has been with SHCB as of the summer of 2022. She currently serves as a Branch Manager in the Leesburg office. 

Jessica graduated from East Clinton High School. She went on to earn her Associate degree in Business Management from Southern State Community College. 

In her spare time she loves to read, organize, and spend time with her husband and her twin children.


Dana Daugherty

Branch Manager, Greenfield


Dana joined the SHCB team in April of 2021 as the Branch Manager of the Greenfield location. She started her banking career in 2018 as a Teller and shortly after, was promoted to management.

Born and raised in Greenfield, Dana graduated from McClain High School in 2006 where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Yearbook Committee, and Spanish Club. She has a passion for sports and was a member of the McClain Lady Tigers Golf, Basketball, and Softball teams. After High School, Dana attended SSCC where she studied Business Management and Medical Assisting.

Dana is the president of the Greenfield Rotary Club. She is also a member of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce Golf Committee, SHCB's Business Development Committee and the Future Leaders program.

In her free time, Dana enjoys coaching little league sports within her community, golfing, fishing, and bonfires. Spending time outside on the family farm with her son and daughter and all of the animals is her favorite past time.


Amiee Havens

Branch Manager, Georgetown


Amiee is a lifelong resident of Brown County where she has worked in the customer service and banking industry for over 25 years. She has worked at SHCB for 12 years and is currently the Branch Manager for the Georgetown office.  Amiee enjoys working for SHCB because of the dedication to their communities and customer service.  Amiee is a member of the Kiwanas Club of the Southern Region and is the Secretary for the Brown County Chamber of Commerce.

In her free time, she enjoys shopping, karaoke, listening to music, playing the piano, cooking, sunshine, being outdoors and participating in community events.   Anytime she gets to spend time with her family is the most enjoyable to her. 


Brenda Brown

Branch Manager, Lynchburg & Hillsboro


Brenda’s career within the banking industry started over 22 years ago.  In addition to her years of experience, Brenda is an Ohio Notary and holds a NMLS License for the state of Ohio. She is an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry.  In addition to her banking role, she currently serves as Treasurer for Hillsboro Uptown Business Association. 

When offered the opportunity to serve our community as Branch Manager for the Lynchburg office, Brenda was beyond excited.  Helping the community and first time homebuyers to make their dreams come true has been a love of hers. This new opportunity has allowed her to learn more and she can’t wait to see how she continues to grow with Southern Hills Community Bank.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, doing Ancestry research, couponing, bowling, and being out on the boat. 


Amy Vogler

Branch Manager, West Union & Peebles


Amy has been in banking for 19 years and with SHCB for 2 years.

She has lived in Adams County her entire life and graduated from West Union High School in 2000 along with attending the Career Center her last two years of High School.  She is a member of the Adams County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the 22/23 Leadership Adams Program.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, while watching them in their sport activities and going on family vacations.


John Fitzpatrick

Branch Manager, Ripley


John has been in banking for 3 years and is now serving as branch manager in Southern Hills Community Bank's Ripley office.

John has lived in Scioto County most of his life and graduated from Northwest High in 2004. He then moved to Adams County to pursue his business career, and where he met his wife Ashley.

In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also helps coach one of his daughters in basketball, and loves going on family vacations.


Matthew Roberts

Assistant Branch Manager, Hillsboro


Matt has been serving as the Hillsboro Assistant Branch Manager since October 2018. He has been in multiple banking roles since July of 2000. His banking career has included mortgage collections, mortgage processing, mortgage auditing, sales and service manager and transitioned into an Assistant Branch Manager in 2018.

In addition to his current banking role, he serves as a member of the Highland County Board of DD.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and being a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ Worship Team.


Katie Louderback 

Assistant Branch Manager, West Union & Peebles



Katie has been in banking for 5 years and has been with SHCB since January of 2022 where she currently serves as Assistant Branch Manager for the Peebles and West Union offices. She has lived in Adams County for most of her life and is a graduate of the Adams County Christian School. She also attends the Locust Grove Wesleyan Tabernacle.

In her free time, Katie enjoys hitting the trails on the RZR with her husband and friends. She also enjoys going on Caribbean cruises and spending time with her family.



Meet Our Customer Service Representatives


Haley Kelly

Customer Service Representative, Leesburg


Haley has worked with Southern Hills for 2 years as a Customer Service Representative. She currently works in our Leesburg office.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Shawnee State University. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Additionally, she coaches one of her daughter’s soccer teams. She also enjoys spending time outside and going on walks with her two daughters.  


Heather Burba

Customer Service Representative, Hillsboro


Heather Burba is a CSR at our Hillsboro branch.  She previously worked as a CSR in the Greenfield Branch in 2021 before leaving for a year and then coming back in May 2023 to the Hillsboro Branch.

Heather has lived in Hillsboro all her life and has been involved in 4-H, FFA and Jr. Fairboard while serving as an officer for all organizations. She has also received her State and American FFA Degrees. In Heather’s free time she breeds and raises Boer goats to try to help the younger generation in the livestock industry. She also loves spending time with family, friends, and watching her little brother pull at truck pulls.


Linda Zugg

Customer Service Representative, Lynchburg


Linda has been with SHCB since June of 2022. She currently serves as a CSR in our Lynchburg branch.

Linda is a graduate of the Clermont Northeastern H. S.  She currently resides in Highland County with her husband Kenny.  They have 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren.

In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy traveling and singing at various church functions such as family camps in the summer.  Linda is very excited to be a part of SHCB and is look forward to her coming years of service.


Hannah Howell

Customer Service Representative, Greenfield


Hannah joined the Southern Hills Community Bank team in June of 2023 as a CSR. She started her banking career in 2020 as a Teller and hopes to progress in the future.

She is a Highland County native from Leesburg and graduated from Fairfield Local High School. After High School she attended Wright State University. Hannah enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.


Ronda Bryan

Customer Service Representative, Greenfield


Ronda joined SHCB in June of 2022. She is currently a Customer Service Representative at the Greenfield office.

Ronda is a member of the Good Shepherd United Brethren Church where she participates in their Ladies in Fellowship Together (L.I.F.T.). She loves to garden, travel, hike, complete different kinds of arts and crafts, and spend time with her family.


Lizz Barber

Customer Service Representative, Greenfield


Lizz has been with Southern Hills since the beginning of 2023 and has over 6 years of banking experience. She is currently a CSR at our Greenfield location.

Lizz has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wilmington College.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son going hiking, kayaking and gardening. She also loves reading and going on new adventures with her family.


Fran Kelley

Customer Service Representative, Georgetown


Fran retired from the Highland County Health Department in January 2015.  After enjoying retirement for a few years, Fran decided she needed something else to keep her busy.  So in May 2022, she was hired at Southern Hills Community Bank as a Customer Service Representative.

Fran enjoys spending the evenings with Chris, her boyfriend, and with family and friends on weekends. 


Debbie Edmisten

Customer Service Representative, Georgetown


Debbie is a CSR for Georgetown and Ripley that also travels to other branch when needed.  She served in Loan Operations at SHCB for many years before she returned to being a CSR.  She started with Ripley Federal Savings Bank before they merged with Southern Hills Community Bank.  She has been with the bank for a total of 22 years.  She is a graduate of Georgetown High School and of Southern State Community College.

In her spare time, Debbie likes spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.  They enjoy camping, kayaking, and watching her grandson play sports.  She is also a faithful member of the Bethlehem Church of Christ.


Joanna Dugan

Customer Service Representative, Ripley


Joanna is a 2006 graduate of Maysville Community and Technical College with an Associate degree in Office Systems Technology.  She did her internship with Ripley Federal Savings Bank and accepted a job as a CSR.  She was with Ripley Federal for 12 years until in 2017, Ripley Federal merged with Southern Hills Community Bank.  Joanna brings 16 years of banking experience. She currently serves as a CSR for the Ripley office.

Joanna takes pride in helping her customers with their banking needs and attending community events. She enjoys reading and crafting.


Breanna Little

Customer Service Representative, Peebles


Breanna Little works as a CSR for the Peebles Branch.

Breanna has been in banking for two and a half years. She has lived in Highland County her whole life, graduating from Hillsboro High school, as well as being involved in FFA and 4-H for over 10 years.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and dogs, enjoying the outdoors, camping, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and truck pulls. She also enjoys Halloween and going to haunted houses with her friends.


Jessi Sanders

Customer Service Representative, West Union


Jessi works as a CSR at the West Union Branch. She started at Southern Hills Community Bank in January of 2024. She has lived in Adams County her entire life and graduated from West Union High School in 2004 along with attending the Career Center her last two years of High School in the Administrative Office Technology program.


In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children and their many animals. She enjoys watching her children in their various sports activities, going to concerts, traveling, cheering on her favorite football team Cincinnati Bengals and keeping up with her favorite true crime documentaries.
